Schroff, the Father of Pharmacy in India, the IPCA embarked on a visionary journey to unite pharmacy professionals, promote pharmaceutical education and research, and advance the profession for the benefit of society. Over the past seventy-five years, IPCA has remained the premier national platform bringing together academicians, scientists,pharmacists, industrial leaders, regulators, policymakers, healthcare professionals, and students under one umbrella.

    The year 2026 marks a landmark chapter in the history of Indian pharmacy. As IPCA celebrates its Platinum Jubilee, we proudly reflect on a remarkable journey that mirrors the growth and transformation of India's pharmaceutical sector—from a developing industry dependent on imports to becoming the "Pharmacy of the World," supplying affordable and quality medicines to millions across the globe.
